Eka prana is inspired by non-dualism, the philosophy of love & non-violence as articulated by Martin Luther King, Jr. and Gandhi, movement, breath, change, nature, the 8 limb path of yoga and the cosmic connectedness of all things. Classes are intended to cultivate peace, love and a sense of connectedness by helping the practitioner to free the mind, body and spirit. Many bodies; one consciousness. The practice of yoga helps us to find balance in times of constant change, challenges our sense of self and the world around us by quite literally providing a new perspective and helps us find love and patience in situations where there apparently is none.
